I love good food in great restaurants, and I always have the best seat in the house. No reservations, full dinner menu, and the food always comes out faster. For me, Eat at the Bar is about curiosity and exploration. It’s about spontaneity and flexibility.  Every restaurant has a story (or several) and the bartenders are great at telling them. I eat at the bar alone, I eat at the bar with good friends. I always make new friends and I always know how to enjoy myself.

I am here to find adventure in the every day. To see opportunity in the ordinary. To eat good food, meet interesting people and have fun. I hate pretentious food reviews. I hate unadventurous eaters, because I don’t believe you can really know good food if you aren’t willing to try everything. When it comes to restaurants, I don’t believe in looking for a “good deal.” We’re not going to the Sizzler. Sometimes, you just gotta not worry about it. Work hard, play hard.
